Background and objectives
Lucta is a global company, founded in Barcelona (Spain) in 1949, dedicated to the manufacture of fragrances, flavors and animal feed additives.Founded in 1999, Lucta Guangzhou has been operating in China for more than 20 years, In view of the Lucta (Guangzhou) Company success and the huge market potential in China and the whole Asia-Pacific region, Lucta Group has decided to reinvest in the Chinese market establishing a new plant in Zhaoqing, Guangdong province.
Implementation and Change
In instances of inadequate design, MPS ARCHONIC took the lead in addressing and resolving issues such as the repositioning of public equipment, optimization of the high-voltage power supply line, improvement of the sewage treatment equipment foundation, and adjustment of the process pipeline design. These interventions assisted the client in cost savings and ultimately enabled the successful completion of the new plant construction.
